All content on Trevaly, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other media, is either owned by Trevaly or used with permission. However, some images and media files on the website may not have explicit permission for use. These images are sourced from third-party websites and do not have confirmed rights for usage or redistribution. As such, Trevaly does not claim ownership of these images and cannot guarantee they are used with proper authorization.If you believe that any content, particularly images, used on this site infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us, and we will take appropriate action to remove or replace the content.

4. Hosting on Trevaly
Trevaly allows Maldivians to list spaces they own or manage, such as:A private room (particularly in cities)An apartment or house (self-contained units)A homestay (a room in a family home offering a more immersive experience)Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are safe, accurate, and legally compliant. Trevaly does not currently charge hosts to list properties.

5. Future Fees for Hosts
As Trevaly grows, we may introduce fees for listing properties or using certain features. If and when this happens, hosts will be informed in advance. Continued use of the platform will signify agreement to any new terms.

6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the operation of the site

Trevaly is a listing platform and does not manage bookings or handle payments between guests and hosts. We do not guarantee the safety, legality, or quality of listed properties. Guests and hosts interact and transact at their own risk.
