Welcome to Trevaly. By using our website (bluetrevaly.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using the platform.

1. Overview
Trevaly is a platform for Maldivian property owners ("hosts") to list accommodations such as guesthouses, apartments, and private rooms. Currently, Trevaly serves as a discovery platform — bookings and payments are arranged directly between hosts and guests outside Trevaly.

2. Account & Host Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and list a property.
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about their listings.
Hosts agree to transparency by providing property details including photos, amenities, house rules, and their contact information.
Trevaly reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate policies or contain false or inappropriate content.

3. Listing Approval
All new listings are subject to manual review before publication.
Listings not meeting Trevaly’s standards may be rejected without detailed feedback.

4. Listing Fees
Trevaly charges a monthly listing fee of MVR 350 per property.
Payments are made via bank transfer; details provided after listing approval.
Fees are non-refundable once the listing is approved.
Listings will be unpublished if payment is not received in a timely manner.

5. Bookings and Payments
Currently, Trevaly does not facilitate bookings or payments between guests and hosts.
All such arrangements are made directly outside the platform.
Trevaly is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or payment issues between hosts and guests.
As Trevaly develops booking features, updated terms and policies will be provided.

6. Content Ownership & Use
Hosts retain ownership of content they submit but grant Trevaly rights to display, promote, and share listings on the platform and affiliated channels.
Trevaly may use listing images and descriptions for marketing unless hosts request otherwise.

7. User Conduct
Users must not post content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful.Violation may result in removal of listings or account suspension.

8. Privacy
Use of Trevaly implies consent to the collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Trevaly does not sell personal information.

9. Changes to Terms
Trevaly reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes.
